Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Please review your order details (including shipping address and delivery method) carefully before confirming—we cannot edit orders once they are placed.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or commercial address.
Delivery Information
It is critical to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays, as we may need to contact you for updates. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability, and no reshipping will be provided in such cases.
Package Security
We are not liable for packages stolen from doorsteps or delivery locations. For added security, we recommend selecting a signature confirmation service during checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date your order is processed and shipped. Please note: these are estimated times only and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these fees to the shipping carrier before receiving your package. For details on carrier policies, contact the shipping provider directly.
